My Client requires a Support Analyst to join part of a global team, the European End User Technology Infrastructure team is in charge of regional and global messaging and collaboration infrastructure services for the business. This represents over 100 servers with 15.000 users in more than 30 countries across Europe, Russia & Africa. The successful applicant will join a young and dynamic team of 8 people and will be in charge of third line administration and project support in the Domino infrastructure and neighbouring areas. We are looking for a Certified Lotus Professional with at least 5 years of experience in multinational Lotus Notes administration. He*she will have a high focus on service quality, be independent and able to adapt quickly in a fast evolving global environment. In depth knowledge in the following technologies is required: Lotus Notes * Domino R5 & R6, sametime, Quickplace, Messaging (SMTP, IMAP, NRPC, etc), Windows 2000 Server Operating system (basic skills), Lotus Notes development for administrative purposes (Lotusscript & formulas). Following skills would be of advantage: Linux * Unix, Compaq Server hardware standards, Mobile technologies, Veritas and HP Backup technologies, Integralis Mailsweeper, SPAM Assassin.
